Question: I'm interested in one of your services, but none of the packages meets my needs. Do I have to select from these packages?
Absolutely not. These are merely examples of what I can do and give you a rough idea of the prices. Feel free to contact me with a thorough description of what you need done and I'm sure we can work something out.
Question: How long will it take you to complete my project?
This obviously depends on the extensivity of the project, but I pride myself on efficient and accurate work. Once we agree on a service, I will keep you updated on its status and offer an estimated time of completion.
Question: What methods of payment do you accept?
I prefer that you pay with your credit card/checking account using PayPal. It is free and secure. If that isn't convenient for you, I also accept money orders and certified checks.
Question: Do I have to pay for my service upfront?
As a general rule, I ask for a 50% down-payment on the project, with the rest due once the project is complete and you have approved it.
Question: What if I don't like the design you've built me?
I do my best to avoid this upfront by asking you a lot of questions about what exactly you're looking for. Still, I understand that this can happen on occasion. As I continue work on the project, I will be sending you prototypes of how your site is progressing, so if you don't like it, I can begin again without much time wasted.
Question: I already have a web site and just need someone to maintain/update it. Is that something you'll do?
Absolutely. Once we agree on this, you can simply send me the web site, the necessary updates, and FTP information (if necessary) and I'll take care of everything.
Question: I would just like to purchase one of your extra web services (message board install, photo restoration, etc.). How much does this cost?
The price varies depending on the project and how much work you need done. I think you'll find that my prices are extremely competitive.
Question: What is the best way to get into contact with you?
The best way is probably via email. I constantly check my mail and can guarantee response within 24 hours in most cases. If you need immediate assistance, my cell-phone number will be provided once a project has been agreed-upon.
Question: What if I need help after you've completed my project?
One of the best reasons to order services through me is that I will always be there to answer questions after the project is handed off. Help is just an email away. If this isn't enough for you, you can purchase one of my maintenance plans to go with your site and I'll take care of everything for you.
